📦 Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use that link anytime to check the status of your delivery. If you haven't received it within a few days, check your spam folder or contact us.
⏱ How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location:
- EU: 2–6 business days
- UK: 3–7 business days
- Other European countries: 4–9 business days
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?
We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Since all products are custom-made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for wrong size or change of mind, so please check the size guide carefully.
📐 What size should I order?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your favorite item at home and comparing it to our chart for the best fit. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually safest for a relaxed fit.
