📦 Return & Refund Policy

At SeaUniforms, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because each item is made to order, we handle returns and refunds differently than traditional retail stores. Please read the policy below carefully.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Since all items are custom-made for each customer, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Style or color preferences

Please refer to the size guide carefully before placing your order.


🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and issue

  3. We'll review and confirm your replacement or refund


💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item cannot be replaced

  • The order was canceled before production (within 1 hour of purchase)

  • A duplicate order was made in error

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made products (all clothing and mugs)

  • Items returned without contacting us first

  • Orders past 30 days of delivery
