1. Where do you ship from?
All items are produced and shipped from our European facilities, including locations in Spain, Latvia, and the UK, ensuring fast delivery and no customs fees within the EU.
2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

EU countries: 2–6 business days

UK: 3–7 business days

Other European countries: 4–9 business days
3. Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
If you're located within the EU or UK, there are no customs or import charges. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to local customs or VAT.
4. What sizes do you offer?
We provide a wide range of sizes:

Polos, t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts: Usually available from XS to 3XL or 5XL

Hats: One-size or adjustable

Mugs: Available in 11oz and 15oz sizes

5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Since each item is made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if there’s an issue.
6. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order seems delayed, please check the tracking link provided. If it's been more than 10 business days since shipping and there's no update, contact us and we’ll investigate.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of ordering. After that, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations.
8. What materials do you use?
Our products are made with high-quality, durable materials:

Apparel (t-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts): Usually 100% cotton or premium cotton blends

Hats: Structured, adjustable fits with embroidered detail

9. How should I care for my clothing?
For best results:

Wash items inside out at 30°C (86°F)

Avoid bleach and tumble drying

Do not iron directly on the printed design
10. Can I send a gift to someone?
Yes, you can ship directly to someone else. Our packages do not include pricing or receipts inside. We don’t currently offer gift wrapping or gift messages.
11. Do you ship outside of Europe?
Our main focus is Europe. If you're located elsewhere and want to place an order, feel free to reach out to see what we can arrange.
